At Chefs Edge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchenware. If your purchase doesn't meet your culinary standards, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit, as we cannot accept used or chipped products.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
